Commercial Use of Generated Content

智擎云 is designed for professional creators, marketers, and businesses. If you generate content through a paid subscription or purchased credit pack, you may use that content commercially under the Terms of Service.

What "Commercial Use" Includes

Output generated through a paid subscription or purchased credit pack may be used for, but is not limited to:

• Paid advertising - social media ads, display ads, programmatic campaigns, video pre-rolls, and sponsored content across any platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• E-commerce and product listings - hero videos, product demos, lifestyle shots, and rotating product visuals for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and any other marketplace.
• Social media content - organic posts, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and any platform-native format.
• Client deliverables - work produced for clients as part of an agency, freelance, or consulting engagement.
• Brand and marketing materials - pitch decks, presentations, trade show displays, event visuals, email campaigns, and newsletter content.
• Print and merchandise - posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, apparel, and print-on-demand products.
• Film and video production - pre-visualisation, mood boards, storyboard replacements, and B-roll in commercial video projects.
• Website and app content - hero sections, landing page visuals, in-app illustrations, and onboarding sequences.

What Is NOT Covered

• Free-credit output - content generated with sign-up credits or promotional credits is for evaluation and personal use only and may not be used commercially.
• Illegal or harmful content - generating content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or depicts illegal activity is prohibited regardless of plan status.
• Impersonation - using generated content to impersonate real individuals, create misleading deepfakes, or spread disinformation is prohibited.
• Reselling raw AI output as a service - repackaging 智擎云's output as your own AI generation service (i.e., acting as a white-label competitor) is not permitted.

No Per-Asset Licensing Fee

There is no additional licensing fee per generated image or video. A paid subscription or purchased credit pack covers commercial use of the applicable content under the Terms of Service. There is no attribution requirement - you do not need to credit 智擎云 or Seedance 2.0 in your published work.

Ownership, Non-Exclusivity, and Your Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 智擎云 does not claim ownership of the images or videos you generate. AI models can produce similar output for different users from similar prompts, so we do not guarantee that your output is unique.

You must have the necessary rights to every image, likeness, brand, or other material you upload as a reference. For any identifiable real person, obtain that person's informed consent for the intended AI use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication, including its accuracy, third-party rights clearance, and any synthetic-media disclosure required by your jurisdiction or the publishing platform.
